Julia graduated in 1983 from the world renowned AECC Chiropractic college in Bournemouth and as such has a wealth of experience having practiced for over 30 years. Julia has a very caring and gentle approach to Chiropractic, combined with a patient, upbeat and friendly manner. Greatly loved and appreciated by all her patients at the clinic she works on Tuesdays and Thursdays in clinic to see existing and new patients. Julia possesses excellent diagnostic and palpatory skills from her many years of hands on experience following a first visit to the clinic will be able to let the patient know if their problem is suitable for Chiropractic treatment. Julia has done extensive post graduate training, including kinesiology, activator methods and sacro occipital techniques from which she can draw upon to offer patient centred care.
Julia and her husband Frank Verwey took over the practice in ‘92 and the clinic continues to grow, incorporating physiotherapy and gaining an excellent reputation locally amongst GPs, allied health professionals and the community.
